My journey began almost twenty years ago with a simple idea embodied in KIND (Krastillis Interactivity Networks and Design), a philosophy that still underpins my approach today. Over the years, I've evolved from creating interactive experiences into leading major IT initiatives, managing seven-figure budgets, and building entire IT organizations for enterprise clients.
I am a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and strategic leadership experience. Whether steering large-scale software projects, architecting enterprise systems, or consulting on IT strategy, API strategy, and the like; I combine broad vision with meticulous attention to detail. Even as I've taken on roles such as interim department head and enterprise software advisor, I remain passionate about rolling up my sleeves and diving into the code, believing that the best ideas often start at the keyboard.

In 2021, I founded evolute.software to focus on blockchain initiatives and open source projects in the cryptocurrency and DLT space. This venture represents my commitment to exploring cutting-edge technologies and integrating them into practical, forward-thinking business strategies.
Freelance Consulting & Development:
Through kind.software, I offer freelance services ranging from strategy and organization consulting to architectural consulting to hands-on development. I work closely with IT executives, managers, and development teams to craft solutions that are as elegant and achievable as they are effective.
